In any building Unused /Dark/Inactive places with dirt/unclean if present they are deem as "Dead Areas" -according to Vastu as well as Feng Shui.
These limp areas generate and spread negative energies. These motionless areas are breeding places for bats. The presence of bat in the house is the clear indication of limp areas.
So bats coming into the house is BAD.
