I need to replace a triple switch surrounded by my bathroom with a combination triple switch single pole near ground. My house is fairly matured and the triple switch is no longer available. I have no place to put the extra two black wires. Can I lately cap them, cartridge them up, and let them stay within the wall? Will this change the ceremonial or be dangerous within any way? Can you buy a triple switch, triple pole device anymore?

I needed to hire an electrician to do this for me, but due to recent damaging weather at hand are no electricians available for a few weeks to a month.

If it helps, I am replacing the out-of-date triple switch with a Cooper Wiring Device, Decorator Switch, Model # 3283A.

If you want adjectives three devises to come on together every time, just cable nut all the blacks together beside another short wire to connect to the switch. If you telecommunication nut off two of them, those two things won't work.

Just sou`wester the two wires off for immediately if they don't affect anything and then have a word to an electrician when one comes available to check for other safety concerns.
