I had my furnace repaired a week ago. It turned out to be the blower. the tech also told me that the second people who owned my home put a three speed motor on a single speed furnace so he took thoroughness of that for me. He also said i have a great furnace because I own a reset button that will turn the furnace off if it overheats and I freshly press the button to start it up. Not sure I understand any of this. anyways......he is away right presently and i cant call him but i inevitability to so he can check it out again because Im having problems. when you turn the furnace on their are two noise, first you hear the fan start and afterwards about 20 second later the furnace starts up. resourcefully, i dont know if its because it is warm outside or what but I dont hear the warmness kick on and the lover part solitary lasts in the region of half a minute and shuts sour. Also, when I put my hand up on the furnace it feel hot. I only pressed the reset button once though. What could the problem be or am I a moment ago paranoid?

You purely have to chain it the right way. I can't remember ever have a gas furnace overheat unless the fan motor wasn't working. Usually when you turn the furnace on, the gas go on first.
