I have read my brochure and done all of the recommended troubleshooting, but zilch is working.
The cycle runs fine, but water collects at the bottom of the dishwasher and does not drain. I in fact have to use a shop-vac to achieve rid of the water.
Also, My dishwasher is connected to my sink, and the sink drain is not clogged.
Any pointers and/or websites that may be loyal to try to fix are appreciated. Thank you.
Is the drain at the bottom of the dishwasher pluged or is the hose necessitate to be replaced in the spinal column that drains the water. If that dosen'y work hold someone come look at it or buy a new one.
Have you checked the drain surrounded by your dishwasher? It will have a sort of filter that catch food so it doesn't clog the pipes. Its usually on the the bottom of the inside of the dishwasher somewhere.
Remember to always rinse sour with rice on them since putting them in the dishwasher. Rice + Dishwasher = Clog.
Answers: Try disconnecting the drain line from the dishwasher. Sometimes grease and buildup can stop up the dishwasher drain splash, not the sink drain line. Try removing the drain column from the sink drain first and running a long piece of wire to un stop it. Be punctilious not to poke a hole in the row. If this fails, try the other appendage. If that fails, your drain pump may be out. Good luck
