Our house is raised near a crawl space under the house. During the winter the floor become damp and our house smells close to crap. What is causing this to occur? What can be done if anything can be done? Is there anyone that I can phone call that would be able to bring care of this problem?
You might enjoy standing water underneath your house and/or their is cold air getting underneath your house cooling the floor and the heat from inside is cause condensation to form on the floor.
