Its not a roomy stain but actually a couple of small green stains on pretty insubstantial blue tile. It's an eye sore on beautiful tile.

If it's ceramic tile, paint thinner should work.
If it's vinyl tile, I'd try mineral spirits (not as potent as paint thinner).
