My apartment is very stuffy--even worse immediately that the heat is on. (I hold my own furnace.) I replaced the carpets beside laminate flooring, thinking that would help, but it have not. There is only one set of window in the apartment, surrounded by the bedroom--none in the living room, kitchen, or bathroom. Do you hold any suggestions as to how to make it smaller number stuffy and more liveable? (Suggestions not involving a humidifier are most welcome.) My cat and I are miserable; I have a bloody nose this morning from the dryness, and he seem to have lost his meower.
Answers:    First unequivocal a window. Second, see give or take a few installing a ventilation adherent in the wall or skylight to bring in some fresh nouns and vent out stale air. Third, gross sure you change the atmosphere filter in your furnace regularly - strong cardboard filters should be changed monthly. Check beside the furnace and air filter manufacturer. With pets they have to be changed more recurrently. You can have a professional benchmark and test indoor nouns quality using a device call an Air Advice - http://www.airadvice.com/residential/do-...

You can also get a plug contained by air filter for your stuffy rooms but form sure its a HEPA filter and beware of ozone machines - some produce too much ozone and can reduce nouns quality.
dry-clean you floors with some pine sol, bring back a fan and set on low, use nouns spray to freshen the air i use after the precipitation, it smells good...........
