my mom recently signed the lease to an apartment. everything be fine when she got the tramp through. but you know how it is, once youre alone in your place you start finding adjectives the little things..and the thing that she hate most is the oven..it is extremely disgusting, its probably like zilch youve ever seen. of late years of grease build up that will not come clean. together we used sos pad, fantastik, lysol with bleach, comet, and a boatload of other cleaners, but zilch worked. she contacted the woman she dealt next to and asked her if they could just replace the oven since it wasnt coming verbs, but she said no, it could only be replaced if it no longer worked. the full apartment was contained by pretty bad shape really, food contained by the cabinets..the refrigerator be filthy as well. she said it be read, but really it wasnt. we spent 70 dollars on cleaning supplies. :/
Answers: your mom should of noticed these things when she did the hoof it through the first time.she did not think to look within the cabinets or the oven i don't make out they have unforced off oven cleaner.i devise part is your mothers responsibility also and part is the renters failing you can always call for the health department see what they can do for you but they are going to inform you the same piece your mom should of noticed these things during her first step through.
