Were would I catch sandbags? I live in Ontario, Canada, along the Rideau, south of Ottawa....

I live in Ontario, Canada, along the Rideau, south of Ottawa. My driveway is the low spot on the street, and water regularly fills it like a tarn. There are times when the water gets close to my doorway, and if that ever does crop up, I will have a waterfall flowing into my underground room as my sill is pretty low. With all the wild weather that happen these days, I think have a few sandbags filled and stored in my garage may be a upright idea, but I don't know where to win such a thing.
Is there anyone surrounded by my area who can answer this question?
Answers:    I don't live surrounded by your area however here you can go to a fire department and they will usually tender you a few, or you can buy some at a hardware store and NO they do not come pre-filled but you can buy a bag of washed sand and use that to riddle them up or if you have enough at home you can use that to stuff them up.
Some places sell sand bagged. (NOT the weekly kind) It is usually used for sandboxes but comes packed so you can use it as a sandbag. Also we used to put them in the trunks of our cars surrounded by winter for traction and if you got stuck you open one up and spread some sand around. ERRRRRR BUY SACKS BUY SAND AND MAKE YOUR OWN ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE
