Building must be ADA compliant and include office space for 6 town official in combination to court/meeting space. We have a 2 acre lot beside existing septic, well and electric. Any direction appreciated.

Answers: Wouldn't it be odd that a town would build a town assembly room without pulling building permit? And if the town was pulling building permit, who would do the inspection? And if the town had a building inspector to inspect the town lobby, who could the town ask about the process to build a town foyer? And if the town failed to ask the building inspector something like how to build a town hall, and instead asked a bunch of unknown and disinterested outsiders beside dubious credentials how to build a town hall, and at hand was a problem that the building inspector said have to be corrected, and the town had not budgeted for the correction, who would recompense for it? And if the town got upset next to the town council for not going through the proper procedure and winding up near cost overruns, and decided to mount a hark back to petition, who would certify the petition? And if the town council decided to contest the hark back to petition and have the petition decertified, who would they ask for court representation? And if the city attorney submitted his bill for services to fight the bring to mind petition to the town council, who would approve it? And if the bill for services to fight the recollect petition was approved and salaried, would there still be ample money to build the town hall?
Advice: Why not desire the advice of the race you are already paying to do the job. If they don't know, I bet they can relate you where you can draw from the best information.
