Answers:    Is this a trick question? How about Rockler? They own stores spread all over the US. Or you could always writ what you want online. If you want to go to a brick and mortar store, and there is no Rockler practical you, you could try Woodcraft or any other woodworking supplier near you. I don't think you're going to hold much luck at Home Depot or Lowes for a slide that specific.
