We have lately moved into a new apartment and the oven (inside of a stove) have some werid stuff attached on the roof of it. We have tried to verbs it but it doesn't come off. This stuff can clearly effect some hygiencic problems. We have sent complaints to the admin but they won't change the stove. Is at hand any other "superior" who we can complain with (except the building management). We don't want to move out again. Thank you!

i wrote them a memo that was nice but adjectives. I said that if these issues are not resolved i would look into the legality of withholding rent. that works because you're not threatening a moment ago yet, you're merely stating that you're going to look into it. My apartment was fixed the subsequent day!

Definitley something your control needs to do. Not upright! They need to any clean it or replace it. Tell them that its cause your smoke alarms to go stale in your apartment and that you believe that it may effect a fire if it doesnt get fixed. Also, try reading your lease agreement and you may find their superiors contact information contained by there. Dont NOT confer them their rent money though.. Keep paying them because they can attatch bigger fees to you, and youll be asked out.. Good luck! Ive been here!
