WE are wanting to convert to brackish wet contained by our above ground swimming pool - any relief? Anyone done this yet?

Anyone done this yet?
Answers:    The brackish converts to chlorine, but the level of chlorine required is greatly reduced.

in the movie "Click".
Our clients request brackish, we don't sell them on it.
Wow, I've never hear of doing that before. Salt sea is very corrosive. I would assume that the pool is concrete, which should be capable of withstand the salt, but you would enjoy to remove the ladder(s) and anything else that would rust. You would probably also damage the skimmers, pump and adjectives the rest of the equipment that the water runs through. I'm not sure that pools are equiped to feel this. I also don't know how salt would take action with Chlorine. Did you read this somewhere or did you lately come up with this notion on your own? Sorry I can't really help, but be curious on this one. What is the purpose, for your skin?
