Frigidaire side by side FRS26RLECSC. For past 2 weeks (right beforehand Christmas, of course) water have been spewing out of dispenser whenever the icemaker is individual filled. Also, when getting marine out of dispenser, water overflows from the icemaker into the rime cube bin - this then freezes, cause a solid block of ice surrounded by the bin. We have placed a cup below the dispenser to catch the spew (ice is still self made), and we shut off the icemaker when we make tracks the house, so there is no spewing while we're out.
Have see a couple of appliance blogs that point to water intake spigot as likely culprit.
Anybody next to a similar problem or experience in this nouns? If this is indeed the problem, I'd like to demand the part myself, but I don't want to rubbish time and money if we'll just stipulation to bring in a repairman anyway.

Answers:    Hi, I can feel of nothing else that would distribute you these symptoms than the water spout having a crack between the 2 sides. Each is supposed to be separate. Sounds resembling you're on the right track. Good luck.
