i have a standard refrigerator beside the freezer on top and refrigerator on the bottom and everyday I open the refrigerator bit there is wet sitting at the bottom, above the drawers. I think it is coming from the top of the refrigerator. what do you infer is causing this? sometimes it get bad the sea leaks out and go on the floor.
Marvin is right, your drain is clogged.
The freezer sector defrosts periodically and should drain bad down to the bottom drip pan.
Things sometimes spill within the freezer section and termination up in the drain jar and plug the drain.
This would be accessed through the rear cover in the freezer and be below the cooling coils.
refrigerators enjoy drain holes that go from the inside and out to a tub under the fridge by the motor. next the heat from the motor evaporates it,,, so we never retribution attention to it.
But if the drain holes become clogged for some reason afterwards we see water inside the fridge and chisel our heads.
Each fridge is made different but the drain holes are at hand,,,,somewhere. Usually beneath the plastic ''floor'' in the freezer partition and in the reeffer division its sometimes visible astern the vegatable bins on the bottom along the back wall.
Answers: do you have an rime maker? you might enjoy a leaking supply file. turn the water chain off for a couple of days and see if you still catch the water.
The problem is your drain is clogged. I salaried a good price but watch carefully as the repair-man did the brief. After you remove everything from the freezer, look for screws surrounded by the back that protected the floor of the freezer (not the back) and take it out. Use a fleece dryer to thaw the hose that lead to the bottom drip pan. will steal 12-30 minutes. Good luck. I will do my own thing if this happen again. Never go into the subsidise of a refrigerator to repair things.
