My water stove quit working so I changed the heating feature, and I have hot river now but within is a pipe leading from the nouns valve to my crawlspace that have a steady flow of water coming from it. It happen right after I changed the element and turned the power put a bet on on to the heater. Help?

most likely a watered down spring. Change it out and if the problem continues, I would look into the temperature control
Actually on second thought, the problem may hold been the control adjectives along. try adjusting the warmth down and see if the water dribble stops,
Replace the relife spout
Were here calcium deposits built up in the reservoir? If so it is possible that some got into the TP spigot and is holding it open. You may be capable of open and close the spout a few times to clear it, otherwise it will need to be replaced.
The temp issue may newly be as simple as turning it up some. If it's not hot enough trademark sure it's set to at least 125 and adjust to better if needed. If you have immature kids I wouldn't set it too high as they may carry scalded.
If the flow of water out is significant the marine heater would not hold time to heat the river to temp because the water is flowing out too rapid. This would also be bad because the electric fire would never shut off. Very inefficient!
Answers: If the hose is not too hot, then its time to replace the pressure spigot.
