We have an attatched garage and lately water is coming within the garage from somehere and settling around the drain in the middle of the garage. Now within is no leak surrounded by the roof and no visible spaces it could come surrounded by. The house is 30 some years old and we did carry a little river when we had the big rain last year on the floor. Now this house is built on a hummock with the slope coming surrounded by the back and the front human being level beside the home. The wife thinks the drain surrounded by the garage is blocked and hooked up to the sewer which I told her that is not the overnight case. I think the hose down is coming from either the garage door (there is a gelatinous cord underneath) the long garage door or a leak or hole. But contained by the summer the water is slight but it is nearby. So does anyone know what or where the drain contained by the middle of the garage goes. Now the underground room drains do not get flooded and are dry. This is a rental top and bottom duplex and I don't live in that. And sometimes tennants do pull vigorous ones. So what is the SOLUTION
rent a power snake and try to run it through

The basements are dry, but the garage is wet? Have the drains scoped by a plumber. They transport a camera down the drain to look for problems. It could be something like the A/C or river heater, or wash machine drain is tied to the floor drain, if so it could be that the drain is not vent properly and you are having a dampen back up problem. Hard to voice without looking.

It could be water flash broken. It could be some sort of water coming through the ground. It could be some sort of crack surrounded by the house whereas when water hits the house it comes through the crack. It could be that the sloping hummock provides a cascade of marine that pummels your house and water seep in.
