Water oven problems? my water heating system was leak a little bit from the drain...
my water heating system was leak a little bit from the drain spigot at the bottom of the tank..i be told to drain the water and any put a new drain spout or put a cap or plug on the threads..i did turn of the pilot since doing this.and is still currently off..very soon when i go to my bathroom to run the sea in the sink..the coldwater does come out the thru the cold side..and when i turn on the hot side no hose down comes out at all..and the river valve beneath the sink is still on..not shut off.what could be up
Answers: How long did you let it run ? Did you hear nouns hissing out when the hot wasby the side of? It most likely drained down and empty all the pipes and simply wishes to refill them previously water will come out...if not you never turned the supply valve (input side) of the hose heater backbone on ?
Check those two things first and turn from there....

If you drained the hose from the tank, you will own to leave a hot dampen tap on for reasonably a while to vent all the heavens in the container as it refills next to water. If, when exit the tap, you grasp a rush of air from it, this is what is stirring; be patient. If within is no air, you hold bigger problems; did you re-open the cold water inlet spigot to the tank? Do not re-light the pilot hurricane lantern until the tank is full of wet.
