Wall section A/C is leak??? I live in an apartment and I own a wall A/C Unit....

I live in an apartment and I own a wall A/C Unit. Last night notice a wet spot on my mat. When i woke up this morning the wet spot be bigger. I called the maintance race in my complex and they come out and said my A/C Filter was really dirty and it caused something to clog and to be precise why I had the sea issue. The water back up in my section. All he did was vaccum the sea out and put a new filter. Well, Now the A/C Unit is making a sea dripping noise everytime it comes on and it is still making the runner wet. Will this problem progress away or should I call them again tomorrow to come out and look at it. I am worried they will blame me for the A/C breaking if it have to be repaired.

Answers:    It is dripping because either the a/c is setup incorrectly (leaning toward the inside) or your drain outlet is clogged. Changing filter does not solve this problem.....

Yes you entail to call them put money on out. If it just started doing this it is most credible that the drain has clogged up. It is their responsibility.
