We have tough water, galvanize pipe, private well. If any dampen is on we have no pressure anywhere. Toilets flush poorly. Appliances don't work resourcefully. Water outside has angelic pressure. We installed plumbing ourselves 30 years ago and it has never be great but is now particularly frustrating
