Answers: you can buy a drain wire, it is a strip of metal 10m-30m long, in the region of 5mm across that is within a coil, nut you can feed it down drains/toilets
it could be the pressure surrounded by the cistern.I thought mine was blocked a while ago and get out the coat hanger but when the council dope came round it seem the water pressure surrounded by the cistern had dropped and so consequently wouldnt flush properly. Just a thought. Good luck :))
