A. a double loop
B. a double tap
C. a two for one
D. a 2x loop tap
USA Tomcat have the best answer so far. Unless specifically allowed by the manufacturer, you cannot terminate two conductors below a single fuse / circuit breaker lug. Ergo, a,b,c and d are incorrect. E. None of the above! it is called a tandem circuit.
It is called a "Double Tap", and it is not necessarily a Code Violation; you also have to check the Manufacturer's Installation Instructions and the Listing information for the circuit breaker. There is at smallest one breaker manufacturer that allows a "Double Tap" on some of their breakers, under clear in your mind conditions.
You should never jump to conclusions without doing a moment or two research.
(I personally don't like it, but if the Manufacturer allows it, and it is a nominated breaker, there is nothing I can do to stop it.)
And, if this be a test question, agree to your instructor know that the same situation could exist using wires with any color (other than white, gray, or green) insulation.
b doubble touch B. You really should do your own homework.
Not per code. 2 wires can't go to a single breaker lug. double throw
