Remove spark plug, pour about 1/2 teaspoon of gas into hole, replace plug and pull cord, if it starts for a few second you know you do not have an ignition problem. I would then check the fuel float surrounded by carb. (if equipped) Remove fuel then the bolt holding the float bowl in place try moving the float up and down.
Clean the inside of bowl, place put a bet on on carb. And try starting again. If it will not you will probably have to rebuild carb..
