but that guy told me the other fall of the septic tank is clogged,
I want to know how to expand the pipe in another close of my septic tank?
do I involve just appointment a regular plumber?

Answers:    That clog he is talking in the order of is your leach line. You will want to dig out the leach flash area and you may want to replace it with a strange one and will require you to move it due to the roots that have clogged it contained by the first place.
