I live in a small mobile home and right presently it is very cold outside. Although I enjoy my pipes wraped outside with warmness tape is nearby still a chance of freezing pipes or will they be okay. I also own water trickling both contained by the kitchen and bathroom because i was told that if I do this the pipes will not freeze
-----Your pipes could freeze if your power go out. You might not be aware the power was out; it may begin when you are asleep or away. If you measure the heat of the water trickling out, you should acquire an idea of how close the dampen is to freezing. Running the water faster will form the measurment more accurate. I did that in a house I owned; I be not sure if the pipes in the space lower than the floor were staying thaw enough. I enjoy also heard that trickling the dampen will keep it from freezing. Keeping the inside of you mobile home reheat will also help the pipes. ---Jim
It sounds as if you should not have any problems.
Heat video usually works well if the temps do not move about below zero. But my experience is that anything below 10 degree needs better protection.
Running the wet keeps the pipes from freezing by allowing it to other be running rather that contained by a constant state which allows it to freeze easier.
I would suggest that you look into getting your pipes covered by some installating material at some point. The more bake you can keep on afterwards the longer they will last and not freeze on you. A trip to a mobil home center or an RV supplier store can be caring in obtain the right material for your location.

Answers: you should be OK as long as you hold your facets trickling. as long as the sea is flowing it will be hard for it to freeze. you may want to stretch out the cabinets a short time bit to allow the pipes for get some high temperature from the rooms
