So I have one of those standard one bar towel racks and one side get pulled out of the drywall and the other side is still in solid. Should I just capture some of those blue plastic drywall things you screw into or what? Thanks for the help!
Yes procure a Rawlplug or similar and screw it back in through that

Don't use those little drywall anchors - they're a waste of time. Either use EZ Anchors (they have particularly wide threads which you screw into the drywall, or use toggle bolts. If you find a stud in the wall, use a coarse thread drywall screw for that side of the rack. If the rack is 16" broad, you can probably finds studs on both sides. Hope this helps. you can do that but they break easy when you are constantly moving something that you repair it beside like constant interaction with the towel rack drying hand and what not. they sell the metal little sheets that look like the texture of one of those metal foot files. they own them at harbor freight tools. I know that forsure.. you just cut it and shove it in the hole its uneven so it holds the screw!! it works. Those plastic things break!! Good luck
Answers:    get the plastic inserts that look resembling a big screw they work great
The plastic anchor may not hold up too long either. Another substitute would be a toggle bolt. Go to your home improvement store and ask them. They are very beneficial. yep .. dry wall "plugs" (those plastic things) are good..
put it in the hole an screw the screw into it.
Sounds like it was held by screw just into the sheetrock.
Yes, you can use a plastic anchor.

You should replace the other also.
