I'm hoping that someone with plumbing experience can help me. With the float bubble level (at the proper teem line), the water stops flowing vigourously into the cistern but the ball cokc still trickles marine into the tank. I've tried raise the float ball manually and the bubble cokc still trickles water. Because the wet is flowing, the bowl refill tube take water which consequently trickles into the bowl. Very frustrating. Is there a process to adjust the ball cokc or should I only replace the entire thing? OR is it better basically to replace the entire workings? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
Answers:    Sometimes this happens to a without a flaw good working toilet, sometimes the flush apparatus puts that seal flap down crooked across the hole at the bottom of the reservoir where the wet dumps into the pot to flush the toilet and so it constantly sends a smaller stream into the pot continuously because it didn't close solidly, reach within and move the flap around at the bottom of the tank until it closes solid and see if it works OK after that.
