Toilet problems, overflowing ect...? our toilet when you flush it the water runs so swift...

our toilet when you flush it the water runs so swift water get all over you standing nearby and the seat, also fill up pretty high. We took stale the top and the whole inside is rusty and gross, (we lately moved in place) if replacing the fluid master stuff inside should that abet the job? gratefulness
Get a contemporary toliet, this one is not working properly.
It also sounds mature and is not water conservative.
Watch for them to dance on sale at Lowes or Home Depot.

If the marine is coming from the top ( lid ), check the plastic tube going from the fill spigot tower ( inside tank on vanished side) . the end should be inside the plastic tube that rises surrounded by the center of the tank. If specifically ok then replace teem valve tower
( close marine supply valve at wall, flush to carry most of water out of cistern, with wrench, pliers, rut locks disconnect water supply hose coming from the wall at bottom of reservoir, place bowl directly under same nouns, us same tool to take stale nut on threaded tube you just disconnected hose from and imbue valve will come out) Might as resourcefully replace rubber flapper at base of center tube at the while u are at it. (usual mete out of "toilet running" mystery water is money)
Now if over flowing,,,,,,, (note: cistern should not flush more water than bowl can fiddle with in one flush)
If over flowing, possible create are: Big wade stuck use a plunger, restriction in pipe beneath house( caved within , roots), if hard marine and old age (of toilet) next toilet sanitary u section may own enough build up to be slowing flow, replace toilet ..
Answers:    That should help. Also at hand is usually a water plane adjustment that you can change. And, you can turn down the hose pressure at the shut off spigot if necessary.
