Ive posted a question about impossible to tell apart toilet. I had a rooter service clean it up. But still giving me indistinguishable problem. Any number that I can contact some one who can help me. I live in Fort Lauderdale . NEED HELP PLEEZ

The plea I asked how old the toilet is - is that if the toilet was fairly old, it could be that it was a design that didn't enjoy a powerful siphon -- that's the tube the goes from the bottom of the bowl, bends upwards then go down to bottom of the toilet and into the waste line.
However because you said that the toilet be about 8 years old that tell me that you have one of the newer low flush toilets. They use less than partly the water of older toilets. This be mandated by a lot of cities recently-( roughly 10 years now). The problem was that these new toilets when they first come out weren't engineered very well, they unsophisticatedly just put a smaller talk on a traditional toilet and they simply didn't do a markedly good job. The strange ones are a lot better at using less hose.
Where that leaves you is that since you already had the roto rooter guy come out it's probably not your lines-- I would venture to say-so that you need a new toilet-- I recommend finding one near a tall tank. Shop for one at a focal retailer like Home Depot or similar. If you can find a handyman to install it for you, you will save deeply of money. If you cannot find one-- call a plumber-- use your computer to find one
