Toilet keep flushing constantly? I'm at work, and our toilet has be flushing constantly today....

I'm at work, and our toilet has be flushing constantly today. It's one of those wall hanging toilets minus cistern. The water is coming out surrounded by splashes as the toilet keeps flushing. We are going to hold a plumber come by today, but we are at their mercy as when they will come.

We have not be able to shut the wet. Any advice or accepted wisdom?
If you have a "Sloan" type tap inline in the plumbing it could be well remedied.
First the water have to be shut off. If nearby is a water shut-off spigot (usually in the wall implicit the back of the toilet) simply turn it clock-wise until the marine stops running. Then using a pipe wrench remove the top of the "Sloan" valve. Now you will see a bladder type device. Remove this and look for a small hole surrounded by one side of the bladder. It needs to be cleared of any build-up. So, taking a small nozzle insert it into the tiny hole and ream it real angelic to clear out build-up.
Now you can go ahead and reassemble the spigot by reversing the method in which you took it apart. Make sure the top is screwed on moral but not too tight(just snug it down)
Then turn your water fund on by turning the knob counter-clock wise. You're pious to go!
Look at the pipe coming out of the wall where on earth the flush handle is. It should come out straight, after have the toy with on one side. At the nd of the pipe facing you there will be any a removable cap or a flathead screw. If the bonnet is there, unscrew it to expose the flathead screw.

Get a screwdriver and tighten the screw down adjectives the way. This will stop the flushing. If you own to use it, you can unscrew the screw a few turns to open it fund up again.
Answers:    This is going to sound crazy, but it works!

Take something similar to a rubber mallet or a shoe (heavy shoe, not a flip flop) and strike the flush machine on the very top.

This will heaps time free the stuck valve, and the toilet will work fine after that.
if u can't turn sour the water at the toilet next shut of the main wet supply line into the house.or move about to the hardware store wright now and buy a flapper spigot.no time for me to tell u how to remove it ,,,,you'll digit it out when u see it.ask the attendant to show u one in the plumbing subdivision..go very soon.don't wait any longer.time is wasting..u can do it...glib..save your money
