Brand new Caesar C1358-30CM. Toilet give some problem and I opened it and attempted to fix it myself. After I be done with it, it started spinning resembling a hurricane when I flushed. A week goes by and it doesn't do that anymore. I played around near it and don't know what to do anymore. How can I adjust the pressure on it? How do I know I put all those little parts together correctly? What is the right opening to put those two cylinder things (circles) that go up and down near the water? The big one pushes the little one down when river drains. But the little one doesn't want to go up beside the water. I dream up I put it in wrong. The big one moves well brought-up with the hose but the little one looks like it requirements to go up but doesn't. I dream up it¡¯s a 2 min fix but after hours of trying, I gave up. Wish I found pictures or something to see how to correctly put that item together. Maybe its a cheap fix to replace but not sure where to start or even if I can set it up correctly.

Answers:    im sorry to hear in the order of your problem, but the way you put it honestly get me cracking up at work, the hurricane quote is priceless...i really dont know how to help you, i have a similar problem and my dad did it somehow, dont ask me how, he just bought an entire clean flush system and istalled it from scratch...that may help out?!
