There is an older fluent gas fireplace in the room, and I also hold a new radiator looking bursting electric heater. Which would be cheaper and more well-run to use to heat the 14 by 14 sunroom? I won't be heat it all the time, merely when it will be in use? OR would it be cheaper to newly leave the door unseal between the sunroom and house, and let the forced nouns from the furnace make it's route out there?
Answers:    The ductless system would be great, but they cost $$$ to buy and install. If you're not using the room frequently, your payback on the ductless system won't be worth it.

The space furnace you describe would do a fine job as long as you remembered to turn it on okay in mortgage. They take a while to seize going before they even start heat the room.

If the gas fireplace is functional and safe, it would probably be the best choice for intermittent heat. It'll start cranking out the heat as soon as you turn it on and should heat up the room quickly. If the fireplace hasn't be used in a while, I'd strongly suggest getting it checked out until that time firing it up.
use the fire place to bring it up to temp, then agree to the furnace keep it at hand,
