I live in FL and entail advice on tankless dampen heaters. We only own electric but I have hear you can back it up beside propane? I have also hear lots of negatives about the tankless, but would like to step that way versus the cistern for environmental and space-saving reasons.
Any advice/experiences next to them? What is the best brand? How do you determine how big you need? We are a relations of two adults and two little kids in a single loved ones home. Thanks
Answers: First, if you have frozen water or lots of minerals, don't win a tankless. It will clog up quickly. I enjoy not seen any unit that are electric, with a gas back-up. Using gas requires a vent to be installed. Realize that masses plumbers will install a tankless, but do not perform repairs on them since they are terrifically high-tech. Rinnai is the brand I hear the best reports about. You will call for to discuss the size you need when purchasing one. If you belong to an electric co-op, check next to them about a modern water boiler that is greatly efficient and have a lifetime warranty.
tank smaller amount are very rationalized heaters. check out this link http://www.electricwaterheaters.com/
