As in builder's (Portland?) cement. That horrible grey-white stuff that seem resistant to any washing - it disappears when drizzly, then comes fund later.

Always around after a renovation, I guess, but I in a minute have it contained by a sink and on my ceramic tiles.

Someone suggested diluted vinegar.

Any other thinking?

Is there stuff at the hardware shop that might support?

Thanks.
Answers:    What you are referring to is call efflourescence. They lone way for this to be removed to sharp wash the surface. This is a important evil when dealing with masonry surfaces. A pressure washer will not remove this, it possibly may engineer it worse. There are a couple of different acids to be used. Powder, muriatic, and even no-fumed acids. Remember, they are all acids within liquid form and can do lay waste to to your body, so protect yourself.
Cement will be ON TOP of things. It won't disappear when wet. If the nouns is not raised, and disappears when damp, it is a discoloration caused by something, not the cement. Cement will move about away when scraped off.
