Tile floor mortor removal? I recently have a tile floor done over the electric radiant heat....

I recently have a tile floor done over the electric radiant heat. Now nearby is a broken tile from a droped Item. I have picked out the tile in a minute I am left witht he lacrete mortor over the electric wires. Cant rake over or dig. What will dissolve the mortor so I can affix a new tile. With out this the tile will be raise and a pain.
Answers:    you won't be capable of dissolve it. Mortar uses a chemical reaction to set (there's portland cement within it) Best thing I know of is to sand it sour with a hit and miss orbital (RO)sander. You got to mind not to get into the wires though. Best to use a in principle course sandpaper (40-60 grit) If you don't have a RO sander, you can use a vibrate one. It'll take longer, but you'll attain the same results. Wear a dust pall. That stuff is nasty.
