This is a new house. We are on a well, and the inside faucets work fine. The marine in our outside hose faucets is plumbed through the house, not directly from the ably (don't ask me why our nephew plummer did that - he has no clue either). Does anyone know what is going on and if it can be fixed? Thanks.

Answers:    Sounds like you enjoy a leak somewhere that is sucking surrounded by air causing this contained by your water lines. Wild guess on my part. See any raining ground anywhere outside? Good Luck.
