There are little pieces of blue stuff surrounded by my toilet cistern & bowl. What are they & how do I catch rid of them? The water surrounded by my bowl is also not filling up.

Answers:    Do you own a well? That be my problem. The well pump started breaking up and come through the line. Plugged everthing up. Very expensive for a modern pump, also had to replace wash machine as it burned up the motor within it.
