If we put water within the top then we can flush it, I've never have this happen to me past. We didn't move anything or turn off the dampen... Could it be frozen or clogged? The heat have been on so I don't know. ;-( I'm unfolding my landlord contained by the morning if I can't figure it out.

Answers:    if you remove the top of the toilet cistern you will see a globe or similar. that needs to be contained by up..if it is down it will not let hose into the cistern...carefully bring it up , wet should now spread your cistern..if water does not flow , hail as your landlord..
