The showerhead is leak! How do I fix it? It started leaking only just after I had my shower few hrs...

It started leaking only just after I had my shower few hrs ago (this be the first time, never happen before). The showerhead itself is constantly leak a small amount of water through the tiny holes within the top. Is it possible to fix it by myself? And is it wasting water?

unscrew the spigot handle and you will see the bolt that holds it within just unscrew it and verbs it out.take it to a plumbing store and ask for a tentative one
