The oven door touch have come loose from a stripped recessd screw. Is here a epoxy resin I can use to reattach it?

Sure, any two part epoxy or super gum will work. mix up just a bit bit on a 3x5 card or pc. of cardboard use a tooth pick and plague the screw hole with paste (be carefull not to get any on the finish) .
