The door is in excellent condition. It rolls smoothly. As the door moves from the sympathetic to the closed position, the front, top roller drops about 1/4" below the track, making the door unstable and "disconnected". How can I adjust it so the roller stays contained by the track?
Answers: if you go to the hinged side of the door and hoist it a bit then move it AWAY from the wall in the order of 1/8 inch that should solve the problem. if your door doesnt close properly after that then you have need of to make the adjustment at the top.that is to say simply loosening the phillips screw and moving that 1/8 inch TOWARD the wall.
P.S.look at the bootom hinge before you do anything, youll see how simple of a system this is
