I live in a duplex on the upper partly. We have 5 outlets contained by the kitchen in which 2 work. One outlet works within the bathroom, one outlet works in the bedroom out of two and 3 outlets work surrounded by the living room out of four. The lights do not work in the living room, nor do they work within the bedroom or the closet. The fanlight comes on in the bathroom but the commonplace light does not come on.
I go to turn on the heat today and every baseboard furnace in here is broken and does not work either- and my 1 year infirm neice and my sister are coming out for the weekend this weekend and I have no steam.
Out fridge is junk, the lower chunk keeps everything room temp and the freezer keep everything fridge temp.
Yesterday the girl downstairs asked when we were going to back out with the pasture, so now we own to pay for the gas and time to assert the lawn, but it doesn't right to be heard a single thing within our lease about the sward. We don't even have a driveway here!
What should I do and what are my rights?
Answers: Give your manager a chance to fix everything. Does the innkeeper know this stuff is broken ? Let him know in writing(fax/email would be better) that road there is a text of your concerns.
