Ok, My friend had only moved into a bedsit and it's not the best one. Her mum is on benefits and cannot work and my friend still goes to college. They live off my friends EMA and her mum's benefits at the moment. So, due to their short of money, they can't really afford much but the really key things.
So, this bedsit is absolutely horrible. It have damp on the walls and ceiling and the widows ooze slightly. The floor isn't exactly in great condition and the electrics are imperfect.
My question is, Which of these things is down to the landlady to sort and which is for the tenant to sort? They don't have the money to hire an electrician or sticky proofer. All i know is that there is a 2 tier spring that hazards are rate on - 1 & 2.
So another question is, Which of these hazard that are mentioned, fall underneath which tier?

The straight answer is that they are the landlords issues to address and if they don't bring action within enabling the proprietor to solve these mentioned, if they need minister to in the nouns of procrastination, you have my go-ahead to put a boat under them and start dropping dimes. In spite of what you may hold heard, most telephone do not weigh 50 lbs or kilos for that matter.
The first issue would be the electric. They can't plug a dehumidifier surrounded by if that's bad. And as we're looking at moisture, does the place hold forced air beside (maybe) a whole house humidifier that requests adjusting. Tape on the window on their part might relieve. And forget about charging wager on for the cost of the tape. If they don't hold any or can't afford it, have them ASK the manager if they have some. You mentioned floor, Is it rotten, dirty or what? If the innkeeper is of good role and cares more or less the property, and that they see that the tenants are ready to work with them, more will return with done. But if they don't want to work with their tenant, it will be more costly on their part than if they do.
Now I will confer you cudos for your interest as it's what humans are supposed to do! For some, this is an option. I agree near you and despise people who imagine they should be given special credit for doing things they are suppose to do. I.E. The parent who says after paying child support 'I filch care of my kids!' doesn't float. This may be considered a myob piece. But because you care, you may be good lives and that supersedes what has become usual in frequent circles. If somebody calls you Abby Normal, perceive good in the order of it!
