I have a sound out regarding the back-up freestyle for the sump pump. This morning the power went out for roughly speaking an hour. During the power out, the back-up battery for the sump pump kept beep. I tried to reset the battery, but the tootle continued. After the power came subsidise on, the battery kept beep. The back-up battery have a red light that stated to make the addition of more "distill water"...where do I put the distill marine? The battery is contained by a small plastic container with a cover over it next to some wires attached to it. Do I need a clean battery?

If you stretch out the battery box at hand will be caps that cover the cell. Add water to the queue and not an ounce more. Wipe everything with a throw away duster and replace the caps and cover.
