Answers:    The Subzero 361 is now a 661 model and its around $6,000 and the Thermador is an oven microwave combo. Not sure of the exact current replacement type but its around $2500 - 3000.
Yes its worth getting these fixed. Even if the subzero have sealed system issues its still cheaper to fix than replace. We trade and service these brands here in middle TN adjectives day long and they are roughly good products and effortlessly repaired.
