I have a stihl 031 av chainsaw that i found out within my shed i put in nearby back contained by the early 90s. I be wondering if this was a apposite saw. It starts and runs perfect, great compression. I be wondering what type of piston rings and cyclinder wall they put in the entity stock. It was one of the final years that they made them in germany. That design has enduring power, as long as it is taken care of. The equivalent saw produced in a minute is the MS310, but I would take your 031 within a heartbeat.
