My stainless steel water reservoir is cracked and all marine in the cistern leaked away simply in a darkness.

The problem is that the tank is put underground, within a room, and the room is just rather bigger than the tank. There's not satisfactory space for a man and his equipments to weld the tank, because the weld machine inevitability some extra space to run safely

The crack locate at the bottom of the reservoir, just a small crack abour 2 - 3 cm length, 3mm thickness.

I think that i could use some benevolent of glue to fix that crack, but i enjoy no idea what benign of glue should i use. Is at hand any better solution that using glue?

Answers:    If there is adequate room for a man to enter inside the tank, consequently the tank can be weld from the inside. The welder can be put outside and only the weld cables entail to be brought inside the room. The welder will also need a obverse mask and an nouns supply while he is inside the tank. A safekeeping man would also be required. To pull the man out if at hand was a problem.
