My house has a dust problem. I have a 16 seer, York Heat pump beside space guard filtration and line duct that is hermetic. I can dust on Monday and by Wednesday it looks like I haven’t
dusted in a month. I preserve the fan running so the air surrounded by the house can circulate. Any ideas as to what the problem can be?
Answers: If you smoke, have more than one pet, or creature living in a house...there is no course to avoid this. Dust is air particles approaching when you open the front door or windows, and dander (human and pest, departed skin cells) There is no avoiding it. You can try not cooking as much, or smoking outside. There is no easy way around dust. Sorry but it's everywhere. In my house here are 5 of us, 2 of us smoke, and if I dust Saturday morning, Sunday afternoon same Sh*t! The only things that don't need to be dusted are things contained by the china cabinet because they are locked behind glass doors. Good luck next to your dust!
Nothing, no filter system, no stand alone filter, absolutely nothing will produce a home dust free.
Spaceguard is as good as it gets as a serious filter system, the only thing better is the Spacegard 5000 electronic system. But it will not bestow you a dust free home either.
Sealed line duct is what things? Metal or "DUCT BOARD" fiberglass insulation crap? You could find some of your problem within the supply ducting, but this will not be the entire issue.
