I have soot surrounded by my house, roof damage from the soaring winds, and a smoke odor within my house from the fires in San Diego. The insurance adjustor is coming tomorrow (Saturday). I am getting quotes for fixing the roof, pane cleaning, power washing the outside of the house, cleaning of carpets/upholstered furniture, dry cleaning curtains/bedding. What am I forgetting? I want to put together sure that the insurance company compensates us for everything that I have thought of and everything that I haven't thought of. Help would be appreciated ASAP. I want to be prepared for the adjustor.

The adjuster will think of things you don't even know. I enjoy always found them outstandingly helpful and friendly. The other answerer is whining because they refuse to cover things not included in the policy. Duh.
