My house is a loud machine. I currently own installed all florcent lights contained by my kitchen and they are buzzing and ticking and other noises. My clock amplified it ticking and it sounds similar to its coming from the back of my chief. The windowshades are constantly crashing to the floor and my neighbors never stop setting off fireworks.
Answers: Your ballasts contained by the kitchen are probably gone and need to be replaced. Your neighbor is a moron and you should call for the cops.
Remove the clock from the back of your cranium (ouch!), sorry I had to. Move your clock to another nouns of your house.
Your shades probably need tentative clips.
